Industrial textiles industry: continue to show rapid growth trend
2020-06-19
According to the relevant data provided by the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, China's nonwovens industry continued to show a trend of rapid development in 2007. The production capacity of all kinds of nonwovens increased, and the output increased steadily. The total output of all kinds of nonwovens is expected to exceed 1.6 million tons, a new increase from 1.4 million tons last year. Among them, the fastest growing is spunbond and needle-punched nonwovens. In terms of import and export, as of August, my country exported 18400 tons of non-woven fabrics, with a cumulative export value of US $46.23 million, a year-on-year increase of 18.47; imported non-woven fabrics totaled 12800 tons, with an import value of US $54.69 million, a year-on-year increase of 13.45.
In 2007, the industrial textile industry continued to show a rapid growth trend, and enterprises and society paid more and more attention to industrial textiles; factors such as rising raw material prices and insufficient energy supply increased the operating costs of enterprises, and the profit margin of the industry decreased, but it had little impact on sales. Since the export volume of industrial textiles is only about 10%, it is basically not affected by trade disputes. In the first half of this year, the operating rate of enterprises reached 80% to 100. In 2007, the proportion of textiles used in the total fiber processing of the textile industry is expected to exceed 14%.
Analysis
Zhu Minru, chairman of the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, believes that in 2007, China's non-woven fabric and industrial textiles industry encountered factors such as rising prices of raw materials, lower export tax rebate rates, and RMB appreciation, but the overall development was stable.
The production and sales of the nonwovens industry have increased, and the investment has increased year-on-year; affected by factors such as raw material price fluctuations, profitability has declined, specifically in five aspects:
First, the growth rate of new projects is faster, and the production capacity of all kinds of nonwovens has been improved. Spunlace, spunbond products production and marketing market investment in good condition, the industry basically reached full capacity operation. Although some of the new projects use imported equipment, they are mainly domestic production lines. There is no breakthrough in product variety, quality and technology, and the vast majority of products still repeat the past production mode of bulk products, with a single variety, and the short-term behavior of enterprises is still relatively prominent. Some old factories have many sales channels and stable quality, and the operating rate reaches 80% ~ 100; some new enterprises have a single product and unstable quality, and the operating rate is about 60%. Spunlaced nonwovens production enterprises due to market demand, full orders.
Second, affected by factors such as raw materials and energy, the profits of some enterprises have declined. Since the beginning of this year, the prices of plain white viscose fiber, high white viscose fiber and polyester staple yarn have all risen sharply compared with the beginning of the year, but the price of non-woven finished products has not increased to the corresponding level. The operating costs of the enterprise have increased and the level of profitability has declined. Coupled with the impact of factors such as the appreciation of the renminbi, the profit margin of the entire industry has declined, and some companies are in a difficult situation. However, some large-scale enterprises with stable markets or their own post-processing capabilities are doing better, and there is a trend to further expand production. For example, Zhejiang Front Composite Materials Co., Ltd. relies on independent innovation, will be hemp, bamboo, cotton and other advantages of China's fiber raw materials, the use of wet laid and spunlace composite process combined with the new method of production of wiping cloth and other products, to solve some of the shortcomings of non-woven materials, expand the scope of application of the product.
Third, the adjustment of product structure has increased, and the overall quality of the industry has improved. With the strengthening of structural adjustment, a number of enterprises have turned off old equipment, abandoned low-end products, and accelerated the pace of shifting their main direction to scientific and technological innovation and product research and development. For example, Dalian Ruiguang Nonwovens Group Co., Ltd. has a new spunlace composite nonwovens production line with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons. The company's new medical health protection products are also favored by foreign investors.
Fourth, the application field of nonwovens continues to expand, and the trend of extending to the military industry is obvious. In 2007, the non-woven fabric products applied to the military and national defense have made a major breakthrough. Some new materials have received attention and the purchase volume has increased. For example, imitation leather materials have achieved good results in the production of pilot clothing.
Fifth, export orders showed a rapid growth momentum. The demand for nonwovens in domestic and foreign markets is constantly expanding, especially in foreign markets, the demand for medical, beauty supplies, rags, and disposable supplies is increasing, and the export market has maintained a momentum of rapid growth since 2005. As of August this year, China has exported 18400 tons of nonwovens, with a cumulative export value of 46.23 million billion US dollars, an increase of 18.47 percent over the same period last year. A wide range of export areas, involving more than 100 countries and regions, of which the United States, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia ranked the top 5 export. Among the provinces and cities that export nonwovens, 7 have exported more than 500 tons, and the top 5 are Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian and Beijing.
This year, the operation of the industrial textile industry has four main characteristics: First, the demand for filter materials, geotextiles, canvases, and construction textiles is relatively large. Filter materials are affected by national environmental protection policies, and market sales are getting better. Now the country's environmental protection requirements in the fields of steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, coal, etc. are getting higher and higher. There are clear requirements and standards for the use of filter bags and dust bags, which makes the application of filter materials more and more standardized, and the market is increasing. Big. Two is the gradual increase in the amount of geosynthetics. With the gradual increase in the development of the western region, landfills, sewage treatment and other projects have gradually increased, and the amount of geosynthetics has gradually increased. Many companies have seized this opportunity. For example, Shaoxing Lida Company has built a new plant in Henan to expand the scale of production, and the production and operation of the enterprise is in good condition. Some old enterprises also have the momentum to expand the scale, mainly concentrated in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong provinces. Third, the production situation of coated fabrics, light box advertising cloth, etc. is good, the production of tarpaulin is very good, the operating rate of enterprises has reached 100, the annual output has reached hundreds of millions of meters, and foreign orders are overwhelmed. At the same time, the number of new projects has increased significantly, of which imported production lines account for a large proportion, mainly concentrated in Zhejiang, Guangzhou and other places. Four is the rapid development of automotive textiles, functional requirements are getting higher and higher. At present, the annual consumption of automotive textiles in China is 200000 tons, according to the calculation of 20-40kg of automotive textiles per vehicle, it is estimated that by 2010, the annual consumption of automotive textiles in China will reach 256000 tons, with great market potential. However, at present, some high-end automotive textile products in China still rely on imports, and China imports about more than 4 billion US dollars of automotive textile products every year. With the popularity of automobiles, people have put forward higher requirements for the color, function and fabric structure of automotive textiles. Artistic concepts and humanistic concepts will replace traditional concepts and become the new development direction of automotive textiles.
Zhu Minru also analyzed some outstanding contradictions and problems in the development of the industry in 2007. He believes that the current market function of the industry is not fully reflected, the extensive market structure is obvious, and some newly put into production production lines have irregular operation phenomena, such as the rapid expansion of the viscose fiber production line, and a lot of spunlace production line projects, affecting the profitability of enterprises. At the same time, the proportion of high-performance products in the whole industry chain is small, there are more large road products, the market competition is fierce, and there is a large market space for the development of high-performance products. In addition, the energy saving and consumption reduction work in various industries is unbalanced, and there is still potential to be tapped. Especially in the spunlace industry, the water consumption per ton of fiber can be reduced by 25%. These issues should cause the industry enough attention.
Forecast
Zhu Minru believes that with the further implementation of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" development outline, driven by the good development momentum of the national economy, the nonwovens and industrial textiles industry will continue to maintain a healthy and stable development trend in 2008. In the major changes in the industry growth model based on technological innovation, brand cultivation and channel construction, instead of the industry development model based on capacity expansion and homogenization products, my country's non-woven fabric and industrial textile industry will pay more attention to The adjustment of product structure and the improvement of its own competitiveness.
Zhu Minru pointed out that in 2008, industry associations should give full play to their own advantages and guide the industry to develop in a healthy and orderly direction. It is necessary to put the development of independent brands and the creation of Chinese famous brands on the agenda, strive to achieve a breakthrough in the non-woven fabric and industrial textile industry, and take the lead in creating Chinese famous brands on non-woven fabrics and coated fabrics. It is necessary to promote the development and industrialization of high-performance fibers, such as the development and industrialization of aramid 1414, carbon fiber, high-strength and high-modulus polyethylene fiber, and two-component spunlace superfine fiber. The association will focus on supporting some enterprises to develop products urgently needed for national defense and military industry. It is necessary to strengthen the formulation of industry standardization. On mature products, a number of national and industry standards should be formulated to strengthen industry self-discipline and promote quality innovation. The development of standards also needs to take into account both civilian and military standards. In addition, it is necessary to increase energy conservation and consumption reduction to promote the healthy and stable development of the industry.
