The credit rating evaluation of textile import and export enterprises is carried out.

As the Office of the National Leading Group for Rectification and Standardization of Market Economic Order and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council approved the first batch of industry credit rating evaluation pilot units in the country, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles has recently formulated the ''China Textile and Apparel Import and Export Industry Enterprise Credit Rating Management Measures ", and will carry out credit rating evaluation of the textile and apparel import and export industry nationwide from January 15, 2008.

Industrial textiles industry: continue to show rapid growth trend

According to the relevant data provided by the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, China's nonwovens industry continued to show a trend of rapid development in 2007. The production capacity of all kinds of nonwovens increased, and the output increased steadily. The total output of all kinds of nonwovens is expected to exceed 1.6 million tons, a new increase from 1.4 million tons last year. Among them, the fastest growing is spunbond and needle-punched nonwovens. In terms of import and export, as of August, my country exported 18400 tons of non-woven fabrics, with a cumulative export value of US $46.23 million, a year-on-year increase of 18.47; imported non-woven fabrics totaled 12800 tons, with an import value of US $54.69 million, a year-on-year increase of 13.45.
